This business unit has two sub units, i.e. Consumer Electronic and Plastic Injection, each has its own production plant
Consumer Electronic
As a business partner of several Japanese companies for years, we have adopted their technologies that enable us to develop our own customer electronic products, such as Radio cassette, Active subwoofer, Passive speaker, Active speaker, Color TV, Hi-fi Component, Washing machine, VCD player, DVD player, LCD TV, and Digital banner.
One of our innovation done by R&D Department was SMS TV which enable the users to both watch TV and communicate with families and friends by sending SMS (short message service) through their TVs instead of Cell-phones. This innovation was awarded by Indonesia Record Museum (MURI) as the first TV which is able to send and receive SMS in Indonesia and probably in the world.
Plastic Injection
Plastic Injection Unit in Panggung Electric Citrabuana was originally belong to PT. Panwell Industries that was established in 1982 and acquired by us in 1993, to serve our internal need of TV cabinets, electronic plastic parts, and cassette casing.
Since beginning, this unit was obtained its recognition by producing above parts in high-level accuracy. Therefore, after we decided to expand the service to external market, we immediately get the trust from our customers. One of our notable customer is PT. Ecco Indonesia, a shoe manufacturer.
